RESULTS: False Allegation & Case Rejection
A client came to Blizzard and Zimmerman Attorneys looking for guidance & direction because she was falsely accused of a sexual offense by another adult with ulterior motives.
Our attorney collected the client’s evidence, notified the state’s attorney and police of Blizzard and Zimmerman Attorneys representation, and diligently began investigating fact versus fiction.
Attorneys Jacob Blizzard & along with an associate advised the client to invoke her constitutional rights not to talk to the police without attorney representation and advised the police our client would not have any further communications without counsel.
Blizzard and Zimmerman Attorneys maintained contact with the police while working on the client’s case and ultimately the case was rejected.
The point is, that not everyone accused is guilty and the presumption of innocence, the law which should apply, is oftentimes flipped, where in reality where the accused is guilty until proven innocent.
