Police Sting traps client, case rejected
RESULTS: Sexual Assault of a Child Rejected.

Our Client, a young autistic man, was charged and arrested after a teen from a high school made accusations that they had sex together.

Police interrogated Client for several hours making false allegations and manipulating the young man’s mental condition to try to create a case against him.

Client and  his family hired attorney Jacob Blizzard to address the case.

Mr. Blizzard made quick work of gathering records and contacting the prosecutor on the case.

After discussions with the prosecutor on the case about client’s mental status and cell phone tower data showing Client was not where the teen had claimed they had sex, the prosecutor agreed to reject the case.
