RESULTS: Two Serious Assault Felonies Dismissed.

Client was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (a second-degree felony) and assault family violence impeding breath (a third-degree felony) cases.

Client was accused by one woman of assaulting her by choking her and threatening to shoot the other woman and pointing a gun at her.
