Pretrial Diversion for Theft Case
RESULTS: Two Theft Charges – Resulting in one pretrial diversion.

Our Client was charged with two counts of theft on two different occasions of theft from a grocery store.

Initially Client was rejected from pretrial diversion, however attorney Jacob Blizzard advocated on Client’s behalf to persuade the State to reconsider.

Client was accepted into one pretrial diversion that upon completion will result in the dismissal and expunction of Client’s arrests and cases.
