RESULTS: Online Solicitation of a Minor Case Dismissed.

Our Client was charged with online solicitation of a minor resulting from a police sting operation.

The state accused that Client had attempted to persuade an officer pretending to be a teenager to meet with him for sex.

Attorney Jacob Blizzard gathered and presented records showing Client’s youth like mental state and lack of awareness of the situation  Blizzard also pointed out evidence in the State’s case that was weak.

Case was set for trial but soon  before the approaching trial, Mr. Blizzard was able to convince the State to dismiss all charges.
