RESULTS: Felony Hold
We had a client held in a rural county jail in Haskell, Texas on a low-level misdemeanor while a pending felony hold was on file in a neighboring county.
The client demanded a quick file review.
Our criminal defense attorney contacted the Haskell County Attorney and effectively negotiated to get our client cleared of misdemeanor so he could post felony bail in the other county.
Our attorney met with the client several times and was able to work out a favorable outcome for the client as she wished.
The case was resolved within a month so the client could clear the misdemeanor charge & focus on the remaining out-of-county case.
