Client Gets Time Served after bailing on rehab
RESULTS: Old State Jail Felony Drug Case Gets Time Served Sentence on Motion to Revoke Probation.

While on probation, Client continued his  drugs use. Client was ordered to attend SAFP, a state drug rehab facility as a condition of probation in response.

Client then failed to show for  rehab and went on the run from probation for about 2 years.

Client was later arrested for a new drug case in another county. While those charges were pending, client sought drug rehab and was able to resolve this case.

Client then hired attorney Jacob Blizzard to deal with his Motion to Revoke (MTR) that by this time had  been pending for about 4 years.

Mr. Blizzard went to work putting together the records of client’s reformed ways, and just a few days after being hired was able to work out a plea bargain. Client served no additional time beyond his already credited prior arrest times.

Client was able to walk away, keep his job, and stay on the good path he had started on for himself.
