One of our criminal attorneys was recently appointed as a child’s attorney where the state was seeking removal from the parent.
We know the importance of keeping families together when it’s safe to do so. In this case, the father was making progress, had taken steps to address his issues, and the children were in a good place emotionally, physically, and developmentally.
Our efforts stopped the removal & thereby prevented family separation trauma for these kids.
