Do you know that you can sell and often dream of working for a company that delivers quality service and truly makes a difference in their client’s lives?

Well, look no further.

  • We are a client-focused law firm, and we’re looking for you.
  • We strive to provide our clients with a comprehensive legal solution during their most difficult times.
  • We believe in creating a WIN for 3 parties: The Client, The Crew (YOU+ The Team), and The Company.
  • We will set goals together with our clients, and if we agree to get something done, you can rest assured that’s going to be the case.

Keep reading if you are looking to work with a firm that believes in doing things right, having full accountability, and backs it up with action that actually gets results.

We are looking for our next superstar salesperson, and we are hoping it could be you.

To apply for this position you must:

  1. Have sales experience. Not order taking experience but sales experience. To be blunt, we are not interested in a degree. We’d prefer you had experience with direct sales like Insurance, Auto, Kirby Vacuum Cleaners, Cutco Knives, etc.
  2. Have a history of getting results. In the end, sales are about results. We’re looking for someone who has toes that are black and blue from the door being slammed on their foot, and yet they still persevere to make or exceed their quota.
  3. Be excellent at typing and computer skills. If you have experience, but you can’t type or navigate a computer, we’re not going to be able to use you in the sales role.
  4. Be a team player. We believe in the golden rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do to you.” That includes our clients, and especially your co-workers who are your team members. You need to believe in the mission of the team and be willing to have an attitude of service and humility as you carry out your role. Our #1 motto is to “Value others above you.” That includes our clients, and your co-workers, regarding their position. You need to believe in me, my company, and be willing to have an attitude of service and humility.
  5. Willing to make a difference in the world. We believe we will change the world, one well-served client at a time. If we fix our client’s problems, they’ll make a better husband or wife, of a parent to their kids, a better team player at their work, or build a stronger relationship with God.
  6. Always be on time. When you have an appointment with a client, on time is not showing on timelate, so be it’s early, period.
  7. Experience playing sports or some other team activity. We like working with people who know what it’s like to be on a team and are open to coaching. It’s important to understand there are rules to the game that must be followed and are open to coaching.
  8. Have thick skin. Many times salespeople with experience rejection. You can’t take it personally. You must see a “no” to mean “not yet.”. Further, we never chastise or bully members of our team, but we always offer course correction when a team member misses the mark. We expect you’ll take this coaching as intended to help you master your career.

The basics:

  • Have excellent communication skills, understand the art of building a relationship, follow up until the prospect buys, dies or unsubscribes, and above all else, ask for the order, and be comfortable with being judged on performance.
  • The hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Unless the client can only meet on a Saturday morning and if you’re in town, we expect you’ll make yourself available.
  • We take the same holidays as the Taylor County Courthouse.
  • Because we are a law firm, we cannot share the fee with you, but you’ll be adequately compensated for the results you produce.
