RESULTS: Reduced Jail Time – 3 Cases
A client came to us with three high-level misdemeanor cases.
All of these cases had previous convictions involving:
- A second DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) conviction,
- A weapon conviction,
- And a drug possession conviction.
The prosecutor had sought significant punishment based on this person’s repeat offense history.
The prosecutor requested the client service at least a third of the year in jail!
Our firm investigated the case and brainstormed with the client.
Our criminal defense attorney told her story to the prosecutor and helped the client avoid an additional fine, & resolved their case with a final outcome of just over 1 month in jail – including all fine and court costs.
