RESULTS: Expungement and Non-Disclosures
Our client approached us with the goal of clearing their record by expungement or alternatively, non-disclosing five past arrests and offenses.

Outcome
Despite the challenge, we achieved a successful non-disclosure for three of the offenses, thereby shielding them from public view. Additionally, we secured an expungement for one arrest/offense, effectively removing it from the client’s record.
