In this case, our criminal defense attorney served a rural, court-appointed client as a service to the greater Big Country community by securing her jail release, working with her parole officer to ensure appropriate restrictions were in place, and investigating the new offense involving her family member.

Our attorney worked with his client through a process of restitution (giving back), admission & acknowledgment of wrongs, and turning away from past behaviors rooted in unhealthy places.

The client, the family member wronged by the client, and our attorney shared this change (which occurred over several months) with the District Attorney’s Office and instead of a state jail sentence, the client was afforded the chance to continue her change process through a restrictive probation without a new conviction.
