RESULTS: Non-Reporting Pre-Trial Diversion Secured for Military Client Charged with Texas DWI
Serving in the military often requires frequent moves, but those moves can make navigating the legal system much more difficult. After being charged with DWI in Texas, our client was relocated to North Carolina, making it impossible to complete the traditional pre-trial diversion program that required in-person reporting.
