RESULTS: Felony DWI Case Court Rules in Our Favor
Felony DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) clients sometimes find themselves out on bond with a condition for an ignition interlock device (alcohol breath test device in the car) while waiting for their case to go before the Court.
Our client had interlock violations while out on bond which resulted in the probation department (the agency which monitors DWI bond conditions in Taylor County, Texas) notifying the Court.
Our criminal defense attorney represented the client in the hearing which was intended for the Judge to determine whether she, the client, should have:
- the same bond,
- An increase,
- Or a revocation based on allegations of interlock violations.
Our attorney informed the Court of the client’s proactive steps in her life, the positive client actions since the allegations, & requested the Court continue the client on bond.
The Court ruled in our client’s favor with NO REVOCATION & NO BOND INCREASE.
Having an attorney that knows & works with you during the hard times is ESSENTIAL in securing the outcome you desire.
