sexual assault

RESULTS: A college student was accused of sexual assault by a fellow college student.

The issue was whether the alleged victim consented.

Through the use of investigators and locating witnesses, we presented findings showing the alleged victim had bragged about the incident to other friends, had a reputation for lying, and had made other false allegations in the past.

The case was rejected by the District Attorney’s Office.
