Pre-trial diversions in traffic arrest and DWI case
RESULTS: Client Receives Pre-trial Diversions in DWI.

Client was contacted by police in a traffic stop and arrested for driving while intoxicated (DWI).

Client worked in healthcare and was concerned about the adverse consequences of the case on her future in her career.

Mr. Blizzard was able to work with the prosecutor’s office and obtain pre-trial diversion for the DWI.

This meant the client would complete a period of 1 year of secret probation with the prosecutor’s office, and then she would be eligible for an expunction after completion of the pre-trial diversion, removing the arrest and all records of the case from Client’s criminal history.

This allowed Client to continue to work in the healthcare field without fear of losing her career.
