RESULTS: Child Support Contempt Dismissed

We represented a client in a rural Texas county faced with county jail time for contempt of a child support order due to inconsistent payments.

Our criminal defense attorney met and counseled with the client numerous times during the period of representation & developed a detailed action plan over the next ninety (90) days which the client followed.

The client showed the Office of the Attorney General she understand the severity of the situation and the need to comply with Court orders.

The client avoided jail time, contempt, and further court appearances by following our attorney’s detailed action plan.

At Blizzard and Zimmerman, we believe in meeting people where they are in life & helping them take the next productive steps towards change.
